Quality at ATT is much more than a simple concept of production, it
is a philosophy, a way of life, an absolute value that is manifested
in the pleasure of always being able to give the maximum uniting passion
and technique. Working in this manner brightens our life and makes
our daily work special and sacred.
We believe that "Quality" to be better perceived by our
clients has to be understood first and then
appreciated.To achieve this we are members of some of the most important
associations that have as their purpose the divulgation of the culture
and history of coffee throughout the world. These associations are:

strive to offer our clients something unique, a coffee that is a
pleasure and a spur to positive thoughts, a way of combating stress
in a world that spins ever faster.
The
Green Coffees:
These are selected among the most prestigious in the world coming
prevalently from Central and South America. The coffee is cultivated
in plantations that guarantee the maximum preciseness in the various
stages of the cultivation of the crop after which comes an accurate
selection.
These are controlled with care the moment of their arrival
at the firm and discarded if they do not meet the stringent criteria
of evaluation. These coffees come from: Ethiopia, Colombia,
Santo Domingo, Costa Rica, Kenya and Zaire.
The Roast:
Wood: a classic procedure, following an ancient process, slow and
accurate controlled by expert hands during the whole process to
guarantee always a constant homogenous roasting down to the heart
of the bean. We roast the coffee according to type and to country
of origin. The cooling is rigorously done in fresh air to guarantee
maximum and genuine fragrance.

The Blend:
In our firm this is a phase unto itself that follows the roasting
process. It represents one of the secrets of our tradition that
renders our blends of coffee unique and unmistakable. We employ
more time in this particular phase than others do; we do the blending
after the roasting as this results in blends that are constant and
homogenous. Every single blend is comprised by 7 or 8 different
coffees carefully and proportionally mixed. This blending is done
with extreme care and without compromise to always guarantee our
clients blends of the highest quality perfectly balanced in taste,
body and fragrance.
The Packaging:
This is done with an appropriate material specific for coffee that
safeguards it from air, light and humidity. This packaging guarantees
the product for at least 6 months keeping it fresh with natural
means.

Kosher
Passover Approuved:
As our Company give a particular attention to the integrity of the
roasting and packaging process we decided we would need to certify
our product also with the Kosher Certified approuval that has been
given for all our products by the Central Rabbinate of the Hebraic
Community of Trieste.
