History and tradition are both of little use unless we learn from them and apply what they teach in the most contemporary way. Consequently, we preserve the intense fragrance and the natural properties of coffee by rapidly cooling down the beans using exclusively fresh air.

To guarantee an espresso with an outstanding and balanced body, cream and aroma, we believe that it is necessary to skillfully blend, when the beans have cooled down, only the best quality of Arabica and Robust coffee beans, with a clear dominance of the former.

Our blends must always ensure our customers a sweet, aromatic taste which mustn’t be too astringent but with a good body and persistence and without a negative or unbalanced aftertaste.
