Specialty Coffees
For the first time since 1995, Antica Tostatura Triestina has recently created an exclusive line of specialty coffees, combining the art of wood roasting and that of single-origin coffee.
A single-origin coffee consists of a single variety that comes from a specific geographical region.
What makes our Specialty line unique is the enhancement of individual crops and cultures: in the aroma sparked by a cup you can feel the soul of each country, whose tastes and scents range from butter to grapefruit, from black grapes to mandarin, from spices to cloves.
For you, we have chosen five specialty coffees, which have been rated according to the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) guidelines, gaining great appreciation from international judges.
